Ayka Organics Longjing Green Tea

Brief:
Ayka Organics is a UK based company that specialises in Longjing Green Tea. Their main business is e-commerce-based selling across their own website and sites such as amazon. I had already completed created the logo and branding for them. They wanted me to create the labelling for their packages.

Solution:
After doing thorough study into the product’s origins and competitors, I opted to employ dragon, wave, and Chinese design aspects as influences for the label design. I designed a basic pattern for the background for the label using the waves and the pattern of the dragon scales. Longjing tea was used to create the green hue to be used across, and the product photograph was used to finish the front label. The rear label was created for instructions that were properly laid out and supported by iconography and space for the barcodes/icons.
