Luxé Coffee Body Scrubs

Brief:
Ayka Solutions, based in the United Kingdom, produces Luxé Coffee Body Scrubs. Their major business is e-commerce, which they do on their own website as well as on sites like Amazon. For them, I had already completed the logo and branding. They wanted me to design the packaging labels for them. The client desired a design that was inspired by spa culture but was both modern and clean.

Solution:
After conducting extensive research into the product’s origins and competitors, I began collecting design patterns influenced by Mediterranean and Arabic culture, particularly due its rich spa history. The pattern I drew and finalised intended to be utilised as a background for the packaging in a very subtle way. The label was then created, with the relevant information provided in a clear and understandable manner. To guarantee that the other ranges were easily identified, an image of the major essential ingredient was applied. The brand’s colours were carried over into the design. The back label was designed for instructions that were well-organized and included iconography as well as room for barcodes and corporate information.
